Operational Protocol
Never Solo
Operate in pairs minimum. Buddy system enables mutual aid and emergency contact if separated. Fill out emergency card.
Secure Comms
Signal app for encrypted messaging. Disable biometrics on phone. Airplane mode conserves battery. Phone bank provides backup power.
Eye Protection
Wear glasses, not contacts. Chemical irritants (CS, OC) trap under contacts causing corneal damage. Goggles fit over eyewear.
Tactical Dress
Closed-toe shoes, non-identifiable clothing, full mobility. Avoid logos, distinctive patterns. Blend into the crowd.
Rally Points
Pre-designated extraction points. If separated, regroup at rally point. Share coordinates via encrypted channels only.

Chemical Agent Response
CS Gas / Tear Gas: Respirator protects against inhalation. If exposed, move upwind immediately. Use eye wash. Do not rub eyes. Remove contaminated clothing in sealed bag.
OC Spray / Pepper Spray: Flush eyes with eye wash solution. Face wind to help evaporate. Milk does NOT help - use water or saline only. Burn cream provides relief for skin exposure.
