All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes. No logos, no "InvisibleWare" branding on the exterior. The return address is listed as a generic fulfillment center ("IW Logistics").
Third-Party Fulfillment
Some products (e.g. specialized tactical gear) are fulfilled by external partners like Amazon. Shipping times and return policies for these items are governed by the respective vendor. Tracking will be provided directly by the seller.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours.
Data Retention
Shipping labels are generated via a third-party anonymizer. Once your package is confirmed delivered, your address is effectively wiped from our active database after 30 days.
